I found this interesting article titled Before FaceBook, there was a public toilet wall . I thought it was a clever thought to say the FB wall to wall comments evolved from the comments (and replies) written on public toilets haha!

Note: Beggars and homeless are two different things. I am indifferent to beggars because over here it ca be a lucrative “business”. Malaysians are generous people and beggars (who are mostly foreigners) could earn an average of RM200-300 (US$60-80) per day – that’s what an undercover journalist earned on a “begging assignment”. That’s like 10 times what a McDonald’s crew get a day!

If I open a poll and ask whether you like to be around clean or littered area, I’m very sure the result would be 100% clean area. (I mean what kind of sick person enjoys walking among trash?) Yet those same people would have no qualms about throwing their rubbish anywhere they like.
This is especially true in Malaysia. As much as I love my country, I can’t stand some of the people’s attitude. If I walk by the street in the city, I would see at least one person throwing something (like paper or empty cigarette box) as if it’s something natural to do. And it doesn’t only happen on dirty streets, but also on pristine ones.
